Ectron pleased to be supporting BACN 2016

Ectron are very pleased to announce that we are supporting the British Association for Cognitive Neuroscience (BACN) annual meeting which is being held on the 12th to 14th September 2016 in the beautiful city of Budapest.

The three day meeting will be held jointly with Valeria Csepe and Zoltan Vidnyanszky of the Brain Imaging Centre of RCNS of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.

The conference will feature a number of stimulating speakers and symposia.

· Keynote by Edward de Haan (University of Amsterdam).

· BACN Mid-career award lecture by Masud Husain (University of Oxford).

· BACN Early-Career Prize Lecture Parashkev Nachev (UCL).

· Symposium: Reading in the brain: From words to sentences.

· Symposium: Human Brain Stimulation.

· Symposium: Motivation, effort and reward in decision making.

· Symposium: Neurocognitive background of language and music processing from a developmental perspective.

We are so pleased to see our Tecnobody Solution at the neuro-rehab outpatient centre in Neurotherapy Worx. The centre, based near Wigan, started using the D-Wall at the beginning of the year and went on to include the Prokin 252, WalkerView, and Data Server devices. Clinic owner, Sarah Wilkinson's experience with the advanced motion tracking, analysis, and therapy programs of the D-Wall has led her to adopt additional solutions, such as the Prokin 252 for balance and proprioception, and the Walker View for gait assessment and training.
